Delete a specific Custom Attribute link for a Lending account.

delete https://example.com/lending/web/Lending/{Company}/{AccountNumber}/CustomAttributes/{CustomAttribute}

Delete a Custom Attribute that has been linked to a particular lending account and Company in Portfolio+. Note that this function only removes the link between the CustomAttribute and the Lending account, it does not remove the CustomAttribute from the system.
