Step 3 - Answer Challenge Question

Step 3 of the password reset process. Answer a challenge question to prove your identity.
Once Step 2 is completed, the
Client must correctly answer the Security Question provided in Step 2. A
204 will be returned on success, and a 400 will be returned on a
failure. Answering the question incorrectly, executing this request
multiple times, or out of order will result in a failure, and the
password reset process must be started again.
